Our three scenic lakes and clubhouse allows you many amenities, comforts and a lifestyle you're sure to enjoy.  Neighbors enjoy dog walking, attending social events. and making it feel like home to many.  The Association keeps the neighborhood looking great, with modest association dues.

FROM OCTOBER THROUGH MARCH, MOWING IS EVERY OTHER WEEK.  Defibrillator in the Club house is inoperable due to dead battery.  New one is on order.

IRRIGATION IS DOWN AGAIN,  WORKING TO FIX IT.  IF YOU HAVE NOT FILLED OUT THE ELECTRONIC CONSENT FORM, PLEASE DO SO AND TURN IT IN AT THE CLUBHOUSE.   THE WATER LILIES HAS CHANGED THEIR POOL TIME TO 2:00 PM.

Silver Lakes of Lakeland Florida is a 55 and over community.  We have 154 homes in our gated neighborhood.  You have a real opportunity to meet your neighbors.  People love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of Silver Lakes.  Your association dues pay for upkeep on common areas, cable, internet. and lawn mowing.
