Silver Lakes of Lakeland Florida is a 55 and over community.  We have 154 homes in our gated neighborhood.  You have a real opportunity to meet your neighbors.  People love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of Silver Lakes.  Your association dues pay for upkeep on common areas, cable, internet. and lawn mowing.

Each of you who has not filled out an Electronic Consent form will find one in your Community mailbox.  Please fill it out and return it to box number 88.  If you do not fill one out, then you will no longer be able to receive community blast emails, newsletters, and other information in your email or online here at the website.  Please do this as soon as you can.  Our new management company will also require this to send you information.  It is a state statute that we have this on file for each homeowner who wants electronic information.

On May 1, 2026 we will have Highland Community Management Company as the Management company for Silver Lakes of Lakeland.  Their information is on the about page.  Realtors, Please contact them for estoppel and other community information.

Sealcoating will begin in a few weeks.  The board will be communicating with your regarding times for your street and parking,  We will not be able to drive on the street until 24 hours after completion of your streets sealcoat.  We thank you for your inconvenience during this time.
