In the future, we will have a members only section where you will find financials, minutes, agendas, and other important community related paperwork. We will also link you to the management company website. There you will be able to pay your association dues.

Our three scenic lakes and clubhouse allows you many amenities, comforts and a lifestyle you're sure to enjoy.  Neighbors enjoy dog walking, attending social events. and making it feel like home to many.  The Association keeps the neighborhood looking great, with modest association dues.

Silver Lakes of Lakeland Florida is a 55 and over community.  We have 154 homes in our gated neighborhood, so you have a real opportunity to meet your neighbors.  People love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of Silver Lakes.  Your association dues pay for upkeep on common areas, cable, internet, lawn maintenance, and trash pickup.
